If I were to design a product that blends form and function, I would create a car engine that runs on water. This would benefit people by reducing polution . Since the engine runs off water the the emmissions would not be harmful. also, it would be easy to fuel this engine since water is abundant in the world. this makes the price to fill the tank less expensive. since most most cars and vehicles would be running off water the need for gas would be reduced. This would help the enviroment becuase when oil is drilled for gas it creates pollution.
